Hi there, I’m Lauren.

I’m a creative leader who has spent her career creating work grounded in purpose. My work spans the globe with an extensive network of creative partners to match.

My mission is to leave our industry better than I found it. Today that looks like creating equitable spaces so creativity can thrive.

There’s some kind of magic that happens when you hit the right groove with the right team. One of my favorite parts of my career has been connecting the right people to the right opportunity. Helping to shape and guide teams to be great creatives – great listeners, collaborators, curious, and kind – while giving them the runway to uncover the magic in the work.

When I’m not working, you can find me camping and hiking the outdoors of California, traveling to and discovering a new city, or trying out a new recipe with my friends.

Based in LA but, has laptop, will travel.
